We're not just a travel agency — we're travel experience creators. Every itinerary is handcrafted by our founders who've personally visited every destination. We keep group sizes small (max 15), include curated local experiences you won't find elsewhere, and our trip leaders travel WITH you. Plus, we handle everything from visa assistance to airport transfers.

Are these group trips budget or luxury category?

We offer both! Our trips range from comfortable budget-friendly packages to premium luxury experiences. Every trip, regardless of budget, includes quality accommodation, meals, and experiences. We believe great travel doesn't have to break the bank, but we also offer upgraded options for those who want extra comfort.

Can I join solo but opt for a single room?

Accepted Answer

Absolutely! Many of our travelers join solo — it's actually the most common way people book with us. By default, you'll share a room with a same-gender traveler (a great way to make friends!), but single room upgrades are available for a small additional fee. Just let us know when booking.

Question 5

Can I opt out of any activity and get a refund for that?

Accepted Answer

Our trips include a mix of group activities and free time. While you can choose to skip certain activities, refunds for individual activities aren't possible as packages are priced holistically. However, during free time slots, you're welcome to explore on your own or relax — it's your holiday!

Who will I share the room with?

Accepted Answer

You'll be paired with a same-gender traveler from the group. We try to match people of similar age groups when possible. Many of our travelers tell us their roommate became one of their best friends from the trip! If you prefer privacy, single room options are always available.

Question 7

What is your booking policy?

Accepted Answer

Booking is simple: pay a 30% advance to confirm your spot, and the balance is due 30 days before departure. We accept bank transfers, UPI, and card payments. EMI options are also available for select trips. Once booked, you'll receive a detailed itinerary, packing guide, and WhatsApp group invite.

What is the cancellation policy?

Accepted Answer

We understand plans change. Cancellations made 60+ days before departure receive an 80% refund. 30-60 days before departure: 50% refund. Within 30 days: no refund, but you can transfer your booking to someone else. We strongly recommend travel insurance for added peace of mind.

Question 9

How do you manage food on the trip?

Breakfast is always included. For other meals, we typically include 1-2 group meals per day at carefully selected restaurants that showcase local cuisine. We always cater to vegetarian and dietary requirements — just let us know in advance. Some meals are kept free so you can explore local food on your own!
