Terms & Conditions

About These Terms

These Terms and Conditions govern all bookings, payments, and travel services provided by Trolly Good Fellow ("we", "us", "our"). By making a booking or payment with us — whether for a group tour, custom package, or any other travel service — you agree to be bound by the following terms in full.

These Terms apply to all forms of engagement, including bookings made via WhatsApp, our website (trollygoodfellow.com), email, phone, or any other channel. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not proceed with any booking.

Advance Payment & Refund Policy

The advance amount paid at the time of booking is strictly non-refundable under all standard circumstances.

To confirm your spot in any group tour or travel package offered by Trolly Good Fellow, a non-refundable advance payment is required. This advance amount will be communicated to you at the time of booking and constitutes a firm commitment of your participation.

Regardless of the reason for cancellation — including personal emergencies, change of plans, visa rejections, flight issues, or any other client-side circumstance — the advance amount will not be returned in cash, transferred, or credited in any form.

The One Exception — Force Majeure / External Cancellations

In the rare event that a trip is cancelled due to external, unforeseeable circumstances beyond the control of both the client and Trolly Good Fellow — including but not limited to government travel bans, natural disasters, pandemics, war or civil unrest, or destination-wide safety advisories — the advance amount paid will not be refunded but will be held as a travel credit.

This credit can be applied towards a future booking for the same destination on alternate available dates. The credit is valid for 12 months from the date of the original cancelled trip. This credit is non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash or applied to a different destination.

We strongly recommend that all travelers obtain comprehensive travel insurance that covers trip cancellations, medical emergencies, and loss of advance payments.

Balance Payment & Cancellation Policy

The remaining balance of your package cost (after the advance) is due as per the payment schedule communicated at the time of booking — typically 30 days before the departure date. Failure to complete payment by the due date may result in forfeiture of your spot and the advance paid.

Cancellation TimingRefund on Balance
60+ days before departure80% refund of balance paid
30–60 days before departure50% refund of balance paid
Within 30 days of departureNo refund on balance paid

Note: The advance amount is excluded from all the above scenarios and remains non-refundable in every case, as described in the Advance Payment section above.

Booking transfers to another individual may be permitted at our sole discretion, subject to a transfer fee, and only if requested at least 21 days before departure. The incoming traveler must meet all eligibility requirements for the trip.

Booking Terms & Eligibility

All bookings are subject to availability and are confirmed only upon receipt of the advance payment and written confirmation from Trolly Good Fellow.

Travelers must be 18 years or older to book independently. Travelers under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the entire duration of the trip.

All travelers must possess a valid passport with a minimum of 6 months validity beyond the travel return date. Trolly Good Fellow bears no responsibility for denied boarding or visa rejection due to invalid documents.

It is the traveler's sole responsibility to obtain the appropriate visa and meet all entry requirements for the destination country. Trolly Good Fellow may assist with visa guidance but is not responsible for visa outcomes.

Trolly Good Fellow reserves the right to decline or cancel a booking if a traveler is deemed medically unfit to participate, is disruptive to the group, or fails to meet trip prerequisites.

By booking, you confirm that all personal health information relevant to the trip has been disclosed to us. Failure to disclose relevant medical conditions may result in removal from the trip without any refund.

Itinerary Changes & Substitutions

Trolly Good Fellow reserves the right to modify or substitute any element of a published itinerary — including accommodations, activities, routes, or timing — when circumstances make it necessary or in the best interest of group safety and experience. This includes, but is not limited to, weather conditions, local events, supplier availability, or logistical considerations.

Any modifications will be communicated to booked travelers as promptly as possible.

No refunds will be issued for itinerary modifications that are outside Trolly Good Fellow's control, or where reasonably equivalent substitutions are made.

In rare cases where a trip must be cancelled by Trolly Good Fellow (not due to Force Majeure), a full refund of all amounts paid (including advance) will be processed within 14 working days.

Traveler Responsibilities

Travelers are expected to behave respectfully towards fellow travelers, local communities, Trolly Good Fellow staff, and all service providers at all times.

Any traveler whose conduct is deemed disruptive, offensive, or endangering to others may be removed from the trip at their own cost and without refund.

Travelers are responsible for the safety and security of their personal belongings throughout the journey. Trolly Good Fellow is not liable for loss, theft, or damage to personal property.

Alcohol consumption is permitted within local laws and personal limits, but disruptive intoxication will not be tolerated at any point on any trip.

Participation in all activities is voluntary. Trolly Good Fellow is not liable for injuries arising from optional adventure or high-risk activities where the traveler has signed a separate activity waiver.

Limitation of Liability

Trolly Good Fellow acts as an organiser and coordinator of travel experiences, partnering with third-party suppliers including hotels, airlines, transport providers, and local activity operators. While we partner only with carefully vetted providers, we are not liable for acts, omissions, or failures of any third-party service provider.

Trolly Good Fellow is not responsible for delays, cancellations, or changes caused by airlines, port authorities, or any transport providers.

We are not liable for any loss, injury, illness, death, or damage arising from circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Our total liability to any traveler for any cause shall not exceed the total amount paid by that traveler to Trolly Good Fellow for the specific trip in question.

We strongly recommend all travelers purchase comprehensive travel insurance covering medical expenses, trip cancellation, personal liability, and evacuation.
