Egypt Trip Cost from India: Compare the Whole Holiday

Neither headline should be read as the cost of every Egypt holiday. International flights, visa fees, tips, optional activities and meals outside the stated plan can change the final amount. A short Cairo-only product is not comparable with a longer Cairo–Luxor–Aswan cruise itinerary.

Ask for a dated quote for your own departure city, party size and travel dates. Our Egypt packages show the options; this guide helps you compare them without confusing a land price with a full holiday budget.

Compare the same dates and standards. “All-inclusive” on a headline should never replace the inclusions and exclusions in the actual quote.

A lower-priced tour might cover fewer nights, use roads where another includes a flight, or exclude the tickets and meals you actually want. Those differences may be perfectly reasonable; the mistake is comparing the two totals as though you are buying the same thing.

TGF does not claim to be the cheapest operator for every date or travel style. We aim to make the arrangements and exclusions clear so you can assess the value. Independent travel can cost less if you are happy to arrange transport, tickets and local support yourself.

Private travel can make sense for a family whose room, meal and pacing needs do not fit a group departure. Its price depends on the party size and choices. A private car shared between friends has different economics from the same car booked by one traveller.

Clarify optional monument interiors, additional museums, tips, personal meals and activity upgrades before paying. A package that includes the Giza complex need not include entry inside a pyramid; a Red Sea boat outing need not include scuba diving.

Ask separately about arrival assistance. An optional fast-track or meet-and-assist service is different from a visa requirement. Do not assume every unexplained airport charge is mandatory, or that one past price applies to your booking.

The Egypt e-Visa portal FAQ lists US$30 single entry and US$65 multiple entry, checked on 2 October 2026. Convert the amount using the rate and charges applied to your payment. Assistance fees, if any, should be stated separately.

Reduce duplication before reducing comfort. Decide which experiences matter most, and give them enough time. If the Nile cruise is the priority, a shorter wish list can be better value than paying for extra transfers to fit in a rushed beach or desert extension.

Tell us your budget and any flexible dates. We can compare current options and explain what changes with the price: hotel standard, cruise choice, room occupancy, transfer method or trip length. We do not promise that a particular month always saves a fixed rupee amount.

Hithu's practical preference is to protect rest after an overnight arrival and avoid stacking a full Luxor sightseeing day onto a long evening transfer. The cheapest itinerary on paper may be poor value if you are too tired to enjoy what it includes.

Send your travel dates, departure city, number of travellers, preferred room sharing, food requirements and the places you want to see. Ask for a per-person price and the party total, together with the validity of the quote.
